Responsible Gaming
Last Updated: 21 July, 2026
This Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the measures adopted by SpinMoment, operated by Korvex Ltd, to promote responsible gambling, minimise gambling-related harm, protect vulnerable persons and comply with the licensing requirements of the Tobique Gaming Commission. It explains the player protection tools available on your account, how deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion work, how we prevent underage gambling, and where to find free and confidential support. Gambling is entertainment — never a source of income or a way to solve financial difficulty. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy and Complaints Procedure.
Player Protection Tools Available on Your Account
Every tool below is free, available to all registered Players and can be activated from your account settings or by writing to our support team. A decrease in any limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase or remove a limit is subject to a cooling-off period and only takes effect once the previous limit of the same type expires, so that a decision made in the moment cannot be undone in the same moment.
-
Deposit Limit
Daily, weekly or monthly · decrease applies instantly
A deposit limit caps the total amount you can add to your account across a day, a week or a month. Once the cap is reached, further deposits are declined until the period resets, regardless of the payment method or Virtual Asset used.
This is the single most effective control for keeping play within a budget you have already decided on, because it is applied before money reaches your balance rather than after.
-
Loss and Wagering Limits
Set per day, week or month across all games
A loss limit caps your net losses over a chosen period, while a wagering limit caps the total amount you can stake regardless of the outcome of individual rounds. Both are calculated across every game and game type on the platform.
When a limit is reached, real-money play is suspended for the remainder of the period. Your balance remains yours and can be withdrawn as normal.
-
Session and Game Limits
Reality checks and automatic session close
A session limit ends your gaming session automatically after a period of time you choose, and a reality check displays an on-screen reminder of how long you have been playing and how much you have staked and won.
Game limits allow you to restrict access to specific games or categories. These tools are designed for the loss of time awareness that long sessions produce, which is often noticed only afterwards.
-
Time-Out
Short break · access restored automatically
A Time-Out is a temporary suspension of your account for a period you select. During a Time-Out you cannot access the account for gambling purposes and you will not receive promotional communications.
When the selected period expires, access is restored automatically unless another responsible gambling measure has been applied to the account in the meantime.
-
Self-Exclusion
Fixed period or permanent · reinstatement is never automatic after six months
A Self-Exclusion Limit can be set for a defined period or permanently. Your Player Account is disabled immediately, you are removed from all promotional offers and marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion, and deposits cannot be made while it is active.
You retain the right to withdraw any available cleared balance during the exclusion by contacting support. Where a permanent self-exclusion is selected, we arrange for the remaining balance to be returned to you. For exclusions of six months or longer, the account is never re-activated automatically — you must confirm your wish to return through a documented process first.
-
Self-Exclusion by Request
By email · definite or indefinite period
You do not need to use the account settings to stop gambling. Email support@spinmoment.com from your registered address, state the period you want to be excluded for, and our team will block access to your account and stop all promotional material for that period.
Once a self-exclusion is in place you will not be able to log in. You can still reach us by email to arrange the withdrawal of a remaining balance, and we will guide you through it.
Self-Assessment: Four Questions Worth Asking
If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, take a moment with the questions below. They are not a diagnosis, and there is no score to calculate — they are the patterns that most often appear before gambling stops being entertainment.
- Do you spend more money on gambling than you can comfortably afford to lose?
- Do you gamble in order to recover previous losses?
- Has gambling negatively affected your work, your finances or your relationships?
- Do you find it difficult to stop gambling once you have started?
Answering "Yes" to one or more of these questions may indicate that additional support or responsible gambling tools would be beneficial. Setting a deposit limit or a Time-Out costs nothing and can be done in under a minute; contacting one of the independent organisations listed below is free and confidential.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
We are fully committed to ensuring that gambling remains a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment for all Players. We understand the risks involved and the importance of an environment in which players can enjoy their gaming experience responsibly and without harm.
We do not encourage excessive or compulsive gambling, and we promote gambling solely as a form of entertainment rather than as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. No promotion, message or feature on our platform is designed to persuade you to stake more than you intended.
This Policy is designed to create an environment in which Players are informed about the potential risks of gambling and are given the tools and support needed to make informed decisions about their own behaviour. Its purpose is to reduce the risk of problem gambling, prevent underage gambling, and provide access to support resources for anyone who may need them.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, suspend or close a Player Account where doing so is necessary to fulfil our responsible gambling obligations or to protect a Player from gambling-related harm. Where we take such action, we act to protect the Player rather than to penalise them.
How Personal Limits Work
To assist Players in gambling responsibly we offer the Personal Limits feature. You may set one or more of the responsible gambling limits available on the Website, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session limits, game limits or any other limit we make available. Limits may be amended at any time, and the following rules apply to every change:
- A request to decrease a limit takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
- A request to increase or remove a limit is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect, in accordance with our procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- An increase only takes effect once the previous limit of the same type has expired, so that a limit cannot be lifted mid-period in order to keep playing.
- Limits apply to the account rather than to a single device or session, and cannot be bypassed by opening a second account.
- Deposit limits are calculated on amounts deposited, not on amounts staked, and they include deposits made in supported Virtual Assets as described in our Payment Policy.
- If you need help choosing or applying a limit, our support team will set it up for you on request.
The cooling-off period exists to protect a decision you made calmly from a decision made in the middle of a session. If you require further information or assistance regarding Personal Limits, contact our support team in live chat or by email.
Withdrawing Your Balance While Self-Excluded
Being self-excluded does not affect your right to your own money. Our support team will respond to a withdrawal request within a reasonable timeframe, explain how to proceed and assist you through the process from start to finish.
An active self-exclusion does not exempt a Player from identity verification where verification is required in order to release funds. Any remaining funds are paid out in accordance with our published withdrawal limits and the procedures set out in our Payment Policy and AML / KYC Policy.
We will not use a withdrawal request as an opportunity to invite you back. Correspondence about a balance is handled as an administrative matter and does not reopen your account or restart marketing communications.
Recognising Problem Gambling
As a licensed operator we recognise the importance of promoting responsible gambling and are committed to taking the measures necessary to prevent gambling-related harm. Our aim is a secure environment in which gambling remains an enjoyable and recreational activity.
Despite those efforts, we understand that gambling can in some cases become addictive. The measures described in this Policy are designed to reduce risk, but they cannot entirely eliminate the possibility of harm, and some individuals may find themselves struggling to maintain control over their gambling activity.
Warning signs commonly include the following patterns, which tend to appear gradually rather than all at once:
- Gambling for longer than intended, or returning to play immediately after deciding to stop.
- Staking increasing amounts in order to feel the same level of excitement.
- Borrowing money, selling possessions or using funds set aside for essentials in order to gamble.
- Chasing losses with larger stakes in the hope of recovering them quickly.
- Concealing the extent of gambling from family, friends or colleagues.
- Feeling restless, irritable or low when not gambling.
- Neglecting work, study, family commitments or sleep because of time spent gambling.
- Gambling as a response to stress, loneliness, anxiety or low mood rather than for entertainment.
If any of this feels familiar, the tools on this page are available to you now, and the organisations listed below provide free, confidential help without judgement. Recognising the pattern early is the point at which it is easiest to change.
How We Identify and Respond to Gambling-Related Harm
We place significant emphasis on identifying and minimising the risks associated with problem gambling, and have implemented a set of tools and practices intended to support responsible behaviour. These include, but are not limited to, deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion options and access to information about responsible gambling.
Our systems may also monitor customer activity for indicators of potential gambling-related harm — for example sharp increases in deposit frequency, extended unbroken sessions, repeated cancellation of withdrawal requests, or attempts to raise limits shortly after reaching them. Where appropriate, we may interact with the Player and apply protective measures in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
Any Player who feels that their gambling has become problematic is urged to contact us directly. Support is available through live chat, email and our contact page. Once we are made aware of the situation we treat the matter with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity, and the conversation is handled by trained staff rather than by a sales-oriented team.
Our support team will respond promptly and take appropriate steps to assist. This may include initiating a self-exclusion period, providing information about gambling support services, or helping you apply the tools that promote safer gambling. We may also restrict, suspend or permanently close an account where this is considered necessary to protect the Player or to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We regard the well-being of our Players as a priority. By working together with our Players, we aim to ensure that gambling remains a form of entertainment — and nothing more.

Protection of Minors
SpinMoment only accepts Players who are at least 18 years old, and we use all available methods to prevent minors from registering and playing on the Website. Underage gambling is a serious matter and we treat it as such.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a person has not reached the legal minimum age to play, access to the Website is denied immediately, and where we determine that a person under the legal gambling age has registered or used the Website, the account is suspended without delay. The handling of deposits, winnings and account balances in such cases is determined in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and our internal procedures.
Any identified attempt by a minor to access our platform may be, and where required will be, reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
Parental Controls and Filtering Software
Recognising the wide availability and nature of the Internet, we understand that minors may still find ways to register and play at an online casino. We therefore strongly encourage parents to take an active role in preventing their children from gaining access to gaming websites.
Parents and guardians may consider using internet filtering and parental control software such as Net Nanny®, CyberPatrol®, Qustodio® or similar products to assist in this effort.
- Never allow a child to watch you gamble or to place a bet on your behalf.
- Do not save your casino password in a browser that is shared with children, and do not enable automatic sign-in on a shared device.
- Keep payment cards, wallet credentials and recovery phrases out of reach of anyone under 18.
- Set up a separate operating-system user profile for children on any shared computer or tablet.
- Review the browsing and app history on shared devices periodically, and use the parental controls built into the device or router.
If you believe a minor has gained access to your account, contact us at support@spinmoment.com immediately so that we can secure the account and investigate.
Keeping Gambling Enjoyable
Responsible gambling is largely a matter of habit rather than willpower. The practices below are consistently associated with play that stays recreational:
- Decide on an amount you are comfortable losing before you start, and set it as a deposit limit rather than keeping it in mind.
- Treat the money you stake as the cost of entertainment, in the same way you would treat the price of a cinema ticket.
- Never gamble with money set aside for rent, bills, food, debt repayments or family obligations.
- Do not attempt to win back losses; a losing session is a finished session, not an outstanding balance.
- Take regular breaks and use session reminders so that time spent playing remains visible to you.
- Avoid gambling while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or while feeling upset, stressed or unwell.
- Keep gambling as one activity among several rather than as your main form of relaxation.
- Check your account history periodically so that your impression of how you are doing matches the record.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to the terms published in our Bonus Policy. Read the wagering requirements before opting in, and never accept an offer that would push you beyond the budget you set for yourself.
Staff Training and Accountability
Our customer-facing staff receive training in responsible gambling, in recognising indicators of harm and in handling disclosures sensitively. Responsible gambling interactions are recorded so that a Player does not have to repeat their situation each time they contact us.
Where a Player tells us they are experiencing difficulty, we do not respond with a promotional offer, a bonus or an incentive to continue playing. Marketing suppression is applied at the same time as any protective measure.
If you believe a responsible gaming tool failed — that a deposit limit was not enforced, that a Time-Out was cut short, or that marketing continued to reach you after a self-exclusion — this is treated as a priority complaint and escalated directly to our Complaints Manager under our Complaints Procedure.
How We Update This Policy
We may review, amend or update this Policy to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, licence conditions, industry standards or our internal operating practices. The most recent version is published on this page and takes effect from the date stated at the top.
Where a change materially affects the tools available to you or the way an existing limit operates, we will notify registered Players. An active limit, Time-Out or self-exclusion is never shortened, removed or reset by a change to this Policy.
Continued use of our platform after an updated version takes effect may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy, subject to applicable laws and our Terms of Use.
Contact Information

Responsible Gaming — Frequently Asked Questions
How do I set a deposit limit at SpinMoment?
Open the Personal Limits section of your account settings, choose a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit and confirm it. A decrease takes effect immediately. If you prefer, email support@spinmoment.com or ask in live chat and an agent will apply the limit for you.
Why can I not remove my limit straight away?
Requests to increase or remove a limit are subject to a cooling-off period and only take effect once the previous limit of the same type has expired. This prevents a decision made calmly from being reversed in the middle of a session. Decreasing a limit is always immediate.
What is the difference between a Time-Out and self-exclusion?
A Time-Out is a short temporary suspension after which access is restored automatically. Self-exclusion is a longer or permanent measure: the account is disabled immediately, all marketing stops, deposits are blocked, and for exclusions of six months or longer the account is never reinstated automatically — you must confirm your wish to return through a documented process.
Can I withdraw my balance after self-excluding?
Yes. You retain the right to withdraw any available cleared balance. Email support@spinmoment.com and our team will guide you through the process. Identity verification may still be required before funds are released, and payouts follow our published withdrawal limits.
Will my self-exclusion be kept confidential?
Yes. Responsible gaming disclosures are treated with the utmost confidentiality, are accessible only to staff who need them, and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not respond to a disclosure with a bonus or any other incentive to keep playing.
What is the minimum age to play at SpinMoment?
You must be at least 18 years old, and older where the law of your jurisdiction requires it. We may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to a person under the legal gambling age are suspended immediately and may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
Where can I get free help with a gambling problem?
Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and BeGambleAware all provide free, confidential support independently of SpinMoment. Our support team can also help you find a service in your own country or language.
