Payment Policy
Last Updated: 21 July, 2026
This Crypto / Virtual Asset Payments Policy explains how SpinMoment, operated by Korvex Ltd, accepts cryptocurrency and other virtual assets as a payment method. It sets out which digital assets we support, how deposits and withdrawals are processed, how exchange rates and blockchain network fees are applied, the compliance checks we run on wallets and transactions, and the risks you accept when paying with crypto. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with our AML / KYC Policy and Privacy Policy.
Why This Payment Policy Exists
The purpose of this Crypto Asset Policy (the "Policy") is to establish the general principles governing SpinMoment's acceptance and use of Virtual Assets in connection with its online gaming platform and related services.
SpinMoment is committed to providing a secure, transparent and responsible gaming environment in which eligible Players may, where available, use supported Virtual Assets to fund their gaming accounts and, subject to applicable terms and conditions, receive withdrawals in Virtual Assets.
SpinMoment seeks to conduct its business in accordance with Applicable Laws, regulatory requirements and recognised industry standards relating to Virtual Assets, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions compliance, responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime.
Who and What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to all Players who access or use SpinMoment's online gaming platform and elect to use Virtual Assets in connection with our gaming services.
The Policy governs our general approach to accepting Virtual Assets for deposits, processing withdrawals in supported Virtual Assets where available, applying customer due diligence measures, monitoring transactions and implementing compliance controls designed to promote the lawful, secure and responsible operation of the platform.
This Policy applies throughout your relationship with SpinMoment, including account registration, customer verification, deposits, participation in gaming activities, withdrawals, ongoing account monitoring and, where applicable, the restriction, suspension or termination of Player accounts.
Players are expected to read and comply with this Policy together with our Terms of Use, Responsible Gaming Policy, Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy and any other policies applicable to the use of our gaming services.
SpinMoment may supplement this Policy through internal operational procedures and compliance measures that are not published as part of this Policy but are implemented to support compliance with Applicable Laws and the effective management of legal, regulatory and financial crime risks.
Key Terms Used in This Policy
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Where a term is defined under Applicable Laws, that definition prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
- Virtual Asset. A digital representation of value that may be transferred, stored or traded electronically and may be accepted by SpinMoment as a method of funding a Gaming Account or processing withdrawals, subject to Applicable Laws and this Policy.
- Player. Any individual who registers for, accesses or uses SpinMoment's online gaming platform and related services.
- Gaming Account. The account established by a Player with SpinMoment for the purpose of accessing the platform, making deposits, participating in gaming activities and requesting withdrawals in accordance with our Terms of Use.
- Deposit. The transfer of fiat currency or a Supported Virtual Asset by a Player to SpinMoment for the purpose of funding the Player's Gaming Account.
- Withdrawal. The transfer of funds or Supported Virtual Assets by SpinMoment to a Player following a valid withdrawal request submitted in accordance with our Terms of Use and Applicable Laws.
- Supported Virtual Assets. Those Virtual Assets that SpinMoment may accept for deposits and, where available, withdrawals through its gaming platform.
- Applicable Laws. All laws, regulations, licence conditions, regulatory guidance and legally binding requirements applicable to SpinMoment's gaming and Virtual Asset-related activities.
- AML / CFT. The legal and regulatory framework relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, counter-proliferation financing, sanctions compliance and the prevention of financial crime.
- Risk-Based Approach. The principle of identifying, assessing and managing risks in a manner proportionate to SpinMoment's products, Players, transactions and gaming activities.
Unless the context requires otherwise, references in this Policy to Applicable Laws include any amendments or successor legislation. Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Policy.
Regulatory Compliance and Licensing
SpinMoment is committed to conducting its business in compliance with Applicable Laws, licence conditions and regulatory requirements applicable to its gaming services and the acceptance of Virtual Assets.
We recognise that the legal and regulatory framework governing online gaming and Virtual Assets continues to evolve across different jurisdictions. Accordingly, SpinMoment may implement additional compliance measures, operational controls or Player requirements where it considers such measures necessary or appropriate to comply with Applicable Laws, regulatory expectations or licence conditions.
Where SpinMoment is authorised or licensed to provide services in multiple jurisdictions, we may apply different operational procedures, restrictions or compliance measures depending on the jurisdiction in which a Player resides, accesses our services or otherwise receives our products.
Which Cryptocurrencies We Support
SpinMoment may accept selected Virtual Assets as a method of funding Gaming Accounts and, where available, processing Player withdrawals. The availability of Supported Virtual Assets may vary depending on regulatory requirements, operational capabilities, payment service availability, technical considerations and our risk management framework.
SpinMoment does not provide cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, investment or advisory services. Any acceptance of Virtual Assets is solely for the purpose of facilitating payments relating to our gaming services.
We may determine which Virtual Assets are supported after considering factors including:
- Applicable Laws and regulatory expectations.
- Operational and technical capabilities.
- Security of the underlying blockchain network.
- Liquidity and market conditions.
- Financial crime and sanctions risks.
- Cybersecurity considerations.
- Customer demand.
- Any other factors SpinMoment considers relevant.
Without limitation, SpinMoment applies enhanced scrutiny to certain categories of Virtual Assets. Privacy-enhancing cryptocurrencies (including Monero, Zcash shielded transactions, Dash privacy features and Litecoin transactions using MWEB) are not supported. Wrapped or bridged tokens are not accepted where the provenance, custody or backing of the underlying asset cannot be independently verified. Meme or highly speculative tokens are assessed against defined liquidity and volatility, governance and ecosystem maturity, and financial crime risk criteria before being supported. Pooled or omnibus wallet structures operated by third-party VASPs are accepted only where the VASP can provide sufficient data to attribute individual transactions to the underlying Player. SpinMoment may add, suspend or discontinue support for any Virtual Asset at any time where it considers such action necessary or appropriate, and nothing in this Policy obliges us to support any particular Virtual Asset or to continue accepting a Supported Virtual Asset for any specified period.
Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions
Players must use SpinMoment's gaming platform and any Supported Virtual Assets in a lawful, responsible and transparent manner. We do not permit the use of our gaming platform for activities involving money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
Without limitation, Players must not:
- Use the gaming platform in breach of Applicable Laws.
- Use Virtual Assets derived from criminal or unlawful activities.
- Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Use another person's Gaming Account or permit another person to use their own account.
- Operate multiple accounts contrary to our Terms of Use.
- Engage in bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping or other activities intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Manipulate games, payment processes or promotional campaigns.
- Attempt to circumvent our compliance, monitoring or security controls.
- Use our services to conceal, transfer or launder the proceeds of crime.
- Conduct transactions involving sanctioned persons, prohibited jurisdictions or other restricted parties.
- Use stolen payment methods or compromised wallet addresses.
- Engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity or reputation of our gaming platform.
SpinMoment may also restrict, suspend or terminate a Gaming Account, reject deposits, delay or refuse withdrawals, or otherwise limit access to its services where it reasonably considers such action necessary or appropriate — including where required to comply with regulatory directions or lawful requests from competent authorities; where a Player fails to complete customer verification or provide requested information; where responsible gaming measures such as self-exclusion or regulatory intervention require restrictions to be applied; where cybersecurity, operational or technical risks affect the security of the Gaming Account or the platform; or where continued access presents unacceptable legal, regulatory, operational or reputational risks. Where we reasonably suspect that a Player has engaged in prohibited activity, we may refuse deposits, delay or reject withdrawals, request additional information, suspend or terminate a Gaming Account, withhold winnings where permitted by Applicable Laws or our Terms of Use, and report relevant matters to competent authorities where required or permitted by law. Access may be temporarily restricted while compliance reviews, fraud investigations, security assessments or technical investigations are conducted. Where appropriate and not prohibited by Applicable Laws, we may notify you of any restriction or suspension and may request additional information or documentation before restoring access.
Exchange Rates, Valuation and Network Fees
Where SpinMoment accepts Virtual Assets for deposits or processes withdrawals in Virtual Assets, the applicable value of the transaction is determined in accordance with our pricing methodology, our Terms of Use and Applicable Laws.
We may determine the value of Supported Virtual Assets by reference to one or more reliable market data sources, pricing providers, liquidity providers or other valuation mechanisms that we consider appropriate, taking into account prevailing market conditions, market volatility, operational requirements and other relevant factors.
The value of Virtual Assets may fluctuate significantly due to market conditions and factors beyond our control. Accordingly, the value of a Supported Virtual Asset at the time you initiate a transaction may differ from its value at the time the transaction is processed or completed.
Where Virtual Assets are used to fund a Gaming Account, SpinMoment may convert the deposited Virtual Asset into the currency used for your Gaming Account or otherwise determine its value in accordance with our applicable pricing methodology. Similarly, where withdrawals are requested in a Supported Virtual Asset, the amount of Virtual Assets transferred to you may be determined by reference to the applicable valuation methodology at the time the withdrawal is processed.
You are responsible for reviewing the transaction details, including the applicable conversion rate, fees and charges, before confirming a deposit or withdrawal request. SpinMoment reserves the right to delay, reject, suspend or cancel any transaction where necessary to comply with Applicable Laws, address technical issues, respond to exceptional market conditions or protect the integrity and security of its gaming platform. Nothing in this Policy obliges us to accept deposits or process withdrawals using any particular Virtual Asset or at any specific valuation.
In connection with deposits and withdrawals involving Supported Virtual Assets, you acknowledge that blockchain networks may impose transaction validation fees, network fees, miner fees, validator fees, gas fees or similar charges ("Network Fees"). Such Network Fees are determined by the relevant blockchain network or applicable third-party service providers and are independent of SpinMoment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SpinMoment does not determine, control or receive Network Fees and is not responsible for any increase, delay or variation in such fees arising from blockchain network conditions or the operational practices of third-party service providers. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient Network Fees are available to facilitate the successful transmission of your Virtual Asset transactions where applicable.
Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions
SpinMoment is committed to maintaining an effective compliance framework designed to prevent its gaming platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or other unlawful activities. We seek to comply with Applicable Laws, licence conditions and recognised international standards relating to AML / CFT, sanctions compliance and the prevention of financial crime.
We apply a risk-based approach when assessing Players, transactions and gaming activities involving Supported Virtual Assets. The nature and extent of the compliance measures applied may vary depending on the level of risk identified. To support our compliance obligations, we may implement measures including:
- Customer due diligence.
- Customer risk assessment.
- Transaction monitoring.
- Sanctions screening.
- Blockchain analytics.
- Wallet screening.
- Ongoing monitoring of Player accounts.
- Enhanced due diligence where appropriate.
- Source of funds enquiries where appropriate.
- Reporting of suspicious activity where required or permitted by Applicable Laws.
Our risk-based approach to customer and transaction due diligence incorporates crypto-specific factors, including asset-type risk, wallet hosting status (hosted VASP versus unhosted), counterparty VASP quality, transaction velocity and blockchain-analytics risk output. These factors inform whether standard due diligence, enhanced due diligence, or rejection or freezing of funds is applied to a given Player or transaction. You may be required to provide additional information or documentation before deposits, withdrawals or continued access to the gaming platform are permitted. Where we consider that a transaction or Player activity presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory or financial crime risk, we may decline to process transactions, restrict access to services or take any other action considered appropriate under Applicable Laws. Full details of our wider framework are set out in our AML / KYC Policy.
Customer Due Diligence and Player Risk Assessment
Prior to permitting Players to access certain gaming services or use Supported Virtual Assets, SpinMoment may carry out customer due diligence measures designed to verify Player identity and comply with Applicable Laws.
Depending on the circumstances, we may request documentation or information including proof of identity, proof of address, information relating to occupation or business activities, source of funds, source of wealth, beneficial ownership or any other information reasonably required to satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. When assessing Players, we may consider factors including geographical location, transaction history, gaming behaviour, use of Supported Virtual Assets, regulatory considerations and other relevant information.
Enhanced due diligence is triggered, without limitation, where a wallet's blockchain-analytics risk score exceeds our defined threshold; the wallet shows direct or indirect exposure to mixers, darknet markets or sanctioned addresses; deposited funds originate from a VASP that does not meet our due diligence standard for third-party VASPs; or a Player's activity is otherwise inconsistent with ordinary play, including low-risk or hedged betting used to satisfy a wagering requirement, or withdrawal to a wallet different from the original deposit wallet.
Customer verification is an ongoing process. We may periodically review Player information and request updated documentation or additional information throughout the relationship. Existing Player wallets are re-screened against blockchain analytics on a periodic basis and immediately upon any transaction exceeding our defined monitoring threshold, so that risk exposure arising after onboarding is captured on an ongoing basis rather than only at the point of initial verification.
Where a Player fails to provide requested information, provides inaccurate or misleading information or otherwise fails to satisfy our compliance requirements, SpinMoment may refuse deposits, delay withdrawals, restrict gaming activities, suspend the Gaming Account or terminate the business relationship. We reserve the right to apply enhanced due diligence or additional verification measures whenever we consider such action appropriate to manage legal, regulatory or financial crime risks.
How We Monitor Crypto Transactions
SpinMoment may monitor deposits, withdrawals, gaming activity and other transactions involving Supported Virtual Assets to support compliance with Applicable Laws, maintain the integrity of its gaming platform and protect its Players.
Monitoring activities may include automated systems, manual reviews, blockchain analytics, sanctions screening, wallet screening and other compliance technologies considered appropriate. We may assess various factors including transaction values, transaction frequency, wallet activity, Player risk profile, gaming behaviour, geographical considerations and other information available to us.
Our transaction monitoring approach combines fixed and adaptive elements: the risk-scoring model, fraud team review and ongoing transaction monitoring apply consistently, while specific detection logic is refined on an ongoing basis in response to observed patterns and emerging risk, rather than being limited to a static, unchanging rule set.
Where unusual, inconsistent or potentially suspicious activity is identified, we may request additional information or documentation before permitting further deposits, withdrawals or gaming activities. Where suspicious activity is identified, the matter is escalated to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for a filing decision within a defined internal timeframe. Suspicious activity reports made to the relevant Financial Intelligence Unit are treated as distinct from, and in addition to, incident reports made to the gaming regulator, with each following its own trigger list and notification timeframe.
SpinMoment may delay, reject, suspend or restrict transactions where necessary to comply with Applicable Laws, protect the Company or its Players, or address identified legal, regulatory, operational or financial crime risks. Nothing in this Policy prevents us from implementing additional monitoring measures or reporting suspicious activity where required or permitted by Applicable Laws.
Compliance Technologies We Use
To support the secure and compliant operation of its gaming platform, SpinMoment may utilise compliance technologies designed to assist in identifying, assessing and managing legal, regulatory, operational and financial crime risks.
Such technologies may include identity verification solutions, sanctions screening systems, blockchain analytics platforms, wallet screening technologies, fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring solutions, cybersecurity tools and other technologies considered appropriate.
We may engage reputable third-party service providers to support these activities and may combine automated technologies with manual reviews where appropriate. SpinMoment continually evaluates and may update or replace its compliance technologies in response to regulatory developments, technological innovation, operational requirements or emerging risks.
The use of such technologies does not eliminate all risks associated with Virtual Assets or online gaming, and Players remain responsible for complying with Applicable Laws and our policies.
FATF Travel Rule Compliance
Where Virtual Assets are transferred between SpinMoment and another regulated VASP, we ensure that the required originator and beneficiary information accompanies the transfer and is retained for production to competent authorities on request, in line with FATF Recommendation 16.
Wallet Architecture and Fund Segregation
All wallets used in connection with SpinMoment's licensed operation are owned or controlled by the licensed legal entity or an approved group or payment entity; personal, UBO-linked or employee wallets are prohibited.
Wallets are segregated by function (player-flow, operational, treasury), and the wallet architecture combining hot, warm and cold wallets is documented, risk-assessed and subject to controls including multi-signature approval, withdrawal whitelisting, multi-factor authentication and hardware security modules proportionate to the value and risk of each wallet tier.
Crypto Incident Reporting
Crypto-related incidents — including security breaches, compromised wallet access, material discrepancies in wallet balances, exposure to sanctioned wallets or mixers, smart contract failures, and blockchain forks or chain-level disruptions — are identified, assessed and reported to the competent gaming authority in accordance with the applicable incident reporting requirements of our licence.
Each incident is supported by an internal incident log recording the detection date, nature of the incident, impact assessment, remedial action taken and the notification date.
Privacy and Confidentiality of Your Data
SpinMoment is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of Player information and to processing personal data in accordance with Applicable Laws and our Privacy Policy.
We may collect, use, store and process personal information for purposes including customer registration, identity verification, operation of Gaming Accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, providing gaming services, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, preventing fraud and financial crime, promoting responsible gaming, improving our products and services and providing customer support.
Where required or permitted by Applicable Laws, we may disclose Player information to competent regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, identity verification providers, blockchain analytics providers, payment providers, technology providers and other service providers engaged in connection with our operations.
SpinMoment implements reasonable technical, organisational and administrative safeguards designed to protect Player information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, Players acknowledge that no electronic communication or information technology system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Responsibilities as a Player
Players are responsible for using SpinMoment's gaming platform lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with this Policy, our Terms of Use and Applicable Laws. Without limitation, Players are expected to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of their Gaming Account credentials.
- Use only payment methods and Virtual Assets to which they are lawfully entitled.
- Use only wallet addresses under their lawful ownership or control unless otherwise permitted by SpinMoment.
- Ensure that deposited funds and Virtual Assets originate from legitimate sources.
- Comply with all customer verification and compliance requests.
- Refrain from manipulating games, bonus promotions or payment processes.
- Avoid collusion, multi-accounting or any conduct that compromises fair gaming.
- Comply with responsible gaming requirements.
- Promptly notify SpinMoment of any suspected unauthorised access or security incident.
- Comply with all Applicable Laws relating to the use of our gaming services.
Players acknowledge that they remain solely responsible for their gaming decisions, their use of Virtual Assets and any tax, legal or regulatory obligations arising from their activities.
Responsible Gaming and Crypto Play
SpinMoment is committed to promoting responsible gaming and encouraging Players to participate in gaming activities in a safe, informed and responsible manner. Our gaming services should be used for entertainment purposes only and should not be regarded as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or achieving financial objectives.
We may implement responsible gaming measures designed to promote player protection and to comply with Applicable Laws, licence conditions and recognised industry standards. Such measures may include, where appropriate, deposit limits, wagering restrictions, cooling-off periods, session reminders, reality checks, self-exclusion, temporary account restrictions or suspension, affordability or enhanced customer interaction measures, and any other safeguards we consider appropriate.
Where SpinMoment identifies behaviour that may indicate gambling-related harm, financial vulnerability or other responsible gaming concerns, or where intervention is required under Applicable Laws or licence conditions, we may request additional information, engage with the Player, apply appropriate restrictions to the Gaming Account or take any other action reasonably considered necessary.
Players are encouraged to monitor their gaming activity responsibly and to make use of any responsible gaming tools made available. Players who believe that their gambling behaviour may no longer be under control are encouraged to seek independent advice and support from appropriate organisations within their jurisdiction.
Risks of Paying With Crypto
Players acknowledge that the use of Virtual Assets involves significant risks that differ from those associated with traditional payment methods. Without limitation:
- The value of Virtual Assets may fluctuate significantly over short periods of time.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the relevant network.
- Blockchain confirmation times and transaction fees are determined by the relevant blockchain network and are outside SpinMoment's control.
- Network congestion, protocol upgrades, forks, cybersecurity incidents or other technological events may delay or affect deposits and withdrawals.
- Supported Virtual Assets may become unavailable due to regulatory, operational or technical reasons.
- Changes in Applicable Laws may affect the availability or use of Virtual Assets in certain jurisdictions.
Players are solely responsible for evaluating these risks before using Virtual Assets in connection with our gaming services, and for ensuring that deposits and withdrawals are made using the correct wallet address, supported blockchain network and supported Virtual Asset. Transfers made to an incorrect wallet address, through an unsupported blockchain network or using an unsupported token standard may not be recoverable. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Laws, SpinMoment is not responsible for any loss resulting from Player errors in initiating or authorising Virtual Asset transactions. Because blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed, transactions that have been incorrectly initiated or authorised may not be capable of being cancelled, reversed or recovered. SpinMoment may, but is not obliged to, provide reasonable assistance where a Player has incorrectly initiated a transaction; any recovery efforts are undertaken at our sole discretion and may not always be technically possible.
Third-Party Service Providers
In the course of providing its gaming services and facilitating the use of Supported Virtual Assets, SpinMoment may engage reputable third-party service providers to perform certain operational, technical or compliance-related functions.
Such service providers may include, where appropriate, payment service providers, Virtual Asset payment processors, identity verification providers, blockchain analytics providers, sanctions screening providers, fraud prevention providers, technology service providers, cloud hosting providers, customer support providers or other professional service providers.
We seek to engage service providers that are appropriately qualified and capable of supporting our legal, regulatory and operational requirements. Where appropriate, we may conduct due diligence before engaging such providers and may periodically review their performance and suitability.
The use of third-party service providers does not relieve SpinMoment of its obligations under Applicable Laws. We remain responsible for maintaining appropriate oversight of outsourced activities to the extent required by Applicable Laws and our licence conditions, and reserve the right to replace, add or discontinue the use of any third-party service provider where we consider such action necessary or appropriate.
Where Crypto Payments Are Available
SpinMoment's gaming services and the use of Supported Virtual Assets may not be available in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of our website, gaming platform and related services comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence and in any jurisdiction from which they access or use our services.
SpinMoment may refuse, restrict, suspend or discontinue access to all or part of its services where required or permitted by Applicable Laws, licence conditions, regulatory requirements or our internal risk management framework.
We may apply different operational procedures, customer verification measures, transaction limits, supported payment methods or other requirements depending on the jurisdiction in which a Player resides or accesses our services. Nothing in this Policy obliges SpinMoment to make its services available in any particular jurisdiction.
Complaints and Customer Support
SpinMoment is committed to maintaining an appropriate process for receiving, reviewing and responding to Player enquiries, feedback and complaints relating to our gaming services or the use of Supported Virtual Assets. Players may submit enquiries or complaints through the communication channels published on our website — see our Contact page.
To protect Player accounts and comply with Applicable Laws, we may request information necessary to verify the identity of the Player before providing account-specific information or investigating a complaint.
Complaints are reviewed fairly, objectively and in accordance with our internal procedures, Applicable Laws and, where applicable, the requirements of our licensing authorities. Where appropriate, we may request additional information or supporting documentation to facilitate the investigation and resolution of a complaint.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that a Player may have to submit a complaint to a competent regulatory authority or pursue any remedies available under Applicable Laws.
No Financial, Investment or Tax Advice
SpinMoment's gaming services are provided solely for entertainment purposes. The acceptance of Supported Virtual Assets as a payment method does not constitute the provision of financial services, investment services, payment advice or tax advice.
Nothing contained in this Policy, our website, gaming platform, marketing materials or other communications should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or as a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold or otherwise transact in any Virtual Asset.
SpinMoment does not express any opinion regarding the suitability, profitability or future value of any Supported Virtual Asset. Players are solely responsible for their own decisions relating to the acquisition, ownership, transfer or use of Virtual Assets and for assessing the associated legal, financial and tax implications.
Players should obtain independent professional advice where they are uncertain about the legal, regulatory, financial or tax consequences of using Virtual Assets or participating in our gaming services. Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any fiduciary relationship or advisory obligation between SpinMoment and any Player.
How We Update This Policy
SpinMoment may review, amend or update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Applicable Laws, regulatory requirements, licence conditions, technological developments, industry standards, operational practices or our risk management framework.
The most recent version of this Policy will be published on our website and will become effective from the date specified therein unless otherwise required by Applicable Laws.
Players are encouraged to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our gaming platform after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy, subject to Applicable Laws and our Terms of Use.
Contact Information
Players who have questions regarding this Policy, the use of Supported Virtual Assets or our gaming services may contact us using the contact details published on our website, or write to our Compliance Department at legal@spinmoment.com.
SpinMoment will endeavour to respond to enquiries within a reasonable period, taking into account the nature of the enquiry, Applicable Laws and operational requirements.
Final Provisions
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating contractual rights beyond those expressly provided in our Terms of Use or as limiting SpinMoment's rights or obligations under Applicable Laws.
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws. SpinMoment's failure to exercise or enforce any right under this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or any other rights available to us.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Applicable Laws and the governing law specified in our Terms of Use. SpinMoment reserves the right to implement additional operational, compliance or security measures where it reasonably considers such actions necessary to comply with Applicable Laws, protect Players, preserve the integrity of its gaming platform or mitigate legal, regulatory, operational or financial crime risks.
